     John Alfred Birch was born on 24 May 1907 at Wallasey, England, (at 54 Byrum Rd, Poolton, Seacum.)^1,2 He married Dorothy Hill, daughter of John Hill and Annie Mc Gregor Thomson, on 24 December 1932 at Birkenhead, England.^3,1 He died on 17 April 1982 at Wallasey, England, at age 74.¹
     His father was Alfred Birch, his mother Ann Jane Foyle, of Isle of Man. Dock Pond Rd.²

     Mary Elizabeth Bird married Robert Martin, son of Martin, in 1920.¹
     Mary was described as 'charming and altogether lovely.' The engagement and wedding were international news.
Mary was a descendant of Col. William Byrd who buit 'Westover,' one of the first colonial mansions of Virginia in 1734.
The spelling of the name changed during the Revolution when the Byrds were Tories and the Birds cast their lot with the Colonials.¹ Married name: Martin.

     Catherine Birdsey was born in 1626. She married Joseph Hawley, son of Hawley, circa 1646 at Wethersfield, CT. She died on 25 June 1692 at Stratford, Fairfield County, CT.
     Tradition in Stratford, CT. says that Katharine was the niece of John Birdsey, who settled in Stratford, and her father lived in Wethersfield, and this seems more probable from the fact that the Rev. Samuel Peters, who married into the Birdsey family in 1773, in his 'General History of Connecticut', published first in 1781, states that John Birdsey came to New Haven with two sons, and one of them settled inMiddletown (more probably Wethersfield) and the other at Stratford.      Mr. Peters' wife's father, William Birdsey, was great-grandson of the first John Birdsey at Stratford, and it would seem that such information ought to pass through only two intermediate generations correctly. Married name: Hawley.

     Edward (Edmund) Birdsey was born at Reading, England.

Bradstreet.)¹ He died on 4 March 1715 at Hingham, MA.¹

     Elisha Bisbey was born circa 1619/20 at England.¹ He married Joanna between 7 September 1642 and 1645.¹ He died between 6 April 1688 and 4 June 1690.¹

     Abigail Bishop married William Maltby, son of John Maltby and Mary.¹ She was born on 30 October 1659.¹ She died on 24 October 1710 at age 50.¹

     William Reuben Bishop was born on 18 April 1872. He married Jennie Benedict Hawley, daughter of George Phillips Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Drake, on 28 February 1894. He married Eva. He died on 1 June 1948 at age 76.

     George Bissell was born on 10 March 1721 at Windsor, CT.¹ He married Lydia Gay, daughter of John Gay and Lydia Colver, on 1 October 1740.¹
