Many People are interested in their family's past. This course covers the basics of searching records in the US, such as census and vital records. We will discuss both traditional and online resources—therefore students must be familiar with navigating the Internet. Note: this course covers the prerequisite material required for the "DNA and Genealogy" course, which will be offered in the fall semester.
