Introduction to Genealogy, a family history, records, and the stories behind them.

By using his own family, Steven Gabai of the Genealogical Society of Bergen County will show and explain genealogy records, its research and what you can learn by researching your family history. This 90-minute slide show presentation tells the stories behind those records and research as well as the breakthroughs, frustrations and brick walls that go along with it.

Mr. Gabai started researching his family history over 20 years ago. He is a member of the Genealogical Society of Bergen County and has been a trustee on board since 2015.
