William L. Bulkley 1861–1933: African American Educator and Reformer has been published by Peggy W. Norris after 20 years of research. She will share about the research and about Bulkley and his story. Books will be available for sale.
Peggy W. Norris, MS, MLIS, is a retired librarian who was integral in the formation of the Bolger Heritage Center for Genealogy and Local History at Ridgewood Public Library. She is a member of the Genealogical Society of Bergen County and volunteers at the Bergen County Historical Society library and archives and is Ridgewood Co-Historian. She is a member of the American Quilt Study Group and Brownstone Quilters, and chair of the Bergen County Quilt and Coverlet Show.
