Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. J. Heerschap, Het Oosten, Dec 7, 1917, pg. 6 (Translation: On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. J. Heerschap of 310 Montgomery Street, Passaic, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Their home was decorated with flowers as if it were summer. They were married in Holland and came in 1892 to this country, where there children were born. Six are still living. The couple received many gifts, and they passed a companionable evening with many friends)
