     Henry Gale Wisner Esq. was born in 1777 at Goshen, Orange County, NY. He married Sarah Talman, daughter of Samuel Talman and Phoebe, in December 1805. He was buried on 23 February 1842 in the Episcopal Burying Ground in Goshen.¹
