After Arthur McKeon died, Irene married Ben Taylor and then he adopted her four children.5,2
Marion Shunk was 17 when she married Benjamine. On the license it stated her as 17 and Benjamine as 21. My guess is that Marion's family approved of the marriage and Ben's family did not. Both were minors because Ben was really 17 and not 21. He lied about his age because his parents would not sign the release for him to get married. Also Ben lived in NJ and he claimed a NY address. Or it could be that the person writing the contract assumed he was 21.5

Jesse Moore Taylor was born on 5 November 1836 at Taylorsville, Bucks County, PA.1 He married Kathrine Kents, daughter of J. J. Kents and Unknown, circa 1868 at Newtown, Bucks County, PA, (other note says c. 1870.)1 He died on 14 April 1933 at Buffalo, Erie County, NY, at age 96 (He fell down the cellar stairs.)1 He was buried on 15 April 1933 in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo.2,1
He was a harness maker.1 He lived between 1850 and 1933 in Bucks county, Monroe, Lackawanna, PA and Buffalo, NY.1 He and Kathrine Taylor appeared on the census of 1920 at 152 West Ave, Buffalo, Erie County, NY.3
Jessie Taylor was born 1836. His father Henry disappeared. In the 1850 census of Upper Makefield, Bucks County I found Jesse living with/or visiting the John Johnson family. He may have been a laborer or just a friend. He was 14 years old. Just 3 houses away was another Taylor family. He may have been the son of Mary Taylor (age 46). A Sara Anne Taylor (age 42) may have been related to Jesse, but that is not known. Also in the house was Elizabeth Meehan (age 16). There were no occupations mentioned in this house, which makes me think Jesse was the breadwinner of this family

Jesse Taylor is in the 1870 census in Newtown, Bucks County, PA, with his wife Kathrine and a child Martha age 1

In 1869 he took over the harness making business of JJ Kents, who is believed to be his father in law.

Jesse and Kathrine moved their family to Reading, PA in April of 1871 and lived there until 1879. The children born in Reading are: Benjamine, Ida Dorothy, Jennie, and William. They lived at 328 Maple in Reading. In 1880 they moved to Barrett, Monroe County, PA. The children born there were Joseph Watson and May.
In 1889 they moved to Carbondale, Lakawanna county, PA. Children born there: Hellen and Jesse Jr.

All together they had 11 children according to the 1900 census. Two died at birth. I do not know the years of their birth.

In 1915 they moved to Buffalo, Eire County, NY where they lived until their deaths. The children who did not move to Buffalo were:
Benjamine (who married Charlotte Maxwell, had 3 children and lived in NJ), Martha (no more information), Jennie (no more information), William (who married Clara Belle and lived in Wisconsin).

The children who Jesse, Hellen, May, and Joseph moved to buffalo with them. Jesse was the only one who married in Buffalo to Ella Utz; the others remained single.

Jesse Moore Taylor died in 1933 and is burried in Fairview Cemetery along with the rest of his family.1
