William Taylor was in 1900 a sewing machine repair and sales man.1 When William's father, mother and siblings moved to Barrett, Monroe county, PA, he moved to Wisconsin. I found him in 1893-4 in Wisconsin living with his grandmother Mrs. H.M. Taylor and a Cora and Della Taylor. They all worked in a restaurant. I don't know for sure if these are my Taylors. I searched the soundex for WI and PA for William Taylor and am still looking. I am emailing the Wisconsin library and the librarian has be en very helpful. He had four children: Kathleen (b.1903), Russell, John, and Mary. William's obituary shows Kathleen, John and Mary are alive, and his wife is not alive. His death certificate shows him as a widow living at the same address as his daughter Kathleen.3 Name variation: Willey Taylor.1
