     Gerald De Forest and Hester had six children baptised in Walloon Church, Leyden, The Netherlands. The mother is only listed with two of them.2 Gerald De Forest and Jesse de Forest were dyers by trade. Gerald lived 45 years after his marriage, acquired a good property and saw his children respectably married in Leyden.
