     Ethel T. Warman was buried in the Ludlow Cemetery in Ludlow.¹ She married William Currie.¹ She was born on 3 February 1891 at Ludlow, Aroostook County, ME.¹ She died on 28 February 1976 at Houlton, Aroostook County, ME, at age 85.¹

     Eva Evelyn Warman was born on 11 September 1892 at Ludlow, Aroostook County, ME.¹ She married Rodney Arthur Holmes, son of Horace William Holmes and Clara E. Redman, on 31 August 1919 at Houlton, Aroostook County, ME.¹ She died on 31 May 1974 at Danforth, Aroostook County, ME, at age 81.¹ She was buried in the Fairmont Cemetery in Presque Isle.¹

     Fern L. Warman was buried in Ludlow.¹ She was born on 5 May 1912 at Ludlow, Aroostook County, ME.¹ She died on 15 March 1993 at Houlton, Aroostook County, ME, at age 80.¹

     Florence Elizabeth Warman was born on 23 November 1904.¹ She married Clarence James Marr on 12 September 1923.¹ She died on 12 September 1968 at age 63.¹

     Fred Warman was buried in Molus River.¹ He was born in 1846.¹ He died on 12 September 1912.¹

     Fred J. Warman was buried in the Southside Cemetery in Mapleton.¹ He was born on 5 September 1905 at Bancroft, ME.¹ He married Marion Wells on 20 June 1934 at New Milford, CT.¹ He died on 9 September 1969 at Presque Isle, Aroostook County, ME, at age 64.¹

     Frederic Weeden Warman was born on 21 November 1924.¹ He died on 13 October 1985 at age 60.¹

     Frederick Archibald Warman married Rose Hayes.¹ He was born on 7 April 1914.¹ He died on 15 June 1986 at age 72.¹

     George Warman was born at Canterbury, Kent, England.¹ He was christened on 30 April 1801 at St. Mary's Northgate, Canterbury, Kent, England.¹ He married Harriet Holroyd.¹ He died on 4 October 1869 at Kent County, Canada.¹ He was buried in Methodist Point.¹

George and Henry WARMAN were brothers, who according to the Descendants of George WARMAN and Harriet Holroyd were natives of canterbury, England. This is borne out in Census records under place of birth. According to the geneology, the brothers came, followed by their wives, to the St Nicholas River Area in the vacinity of what is now Methodist Point. Methodism was first introduced in the Richibucto area in 1832, and shortly thereafter services were held six miles up the river at Methodist Point. The two brothers and their families moved up the Richibucto to the Molus River area and settled on land now owned and occupied by Janet and Arthur Hudson. According to the geneology, this land was granted to George WARMAN in 1847, although a Grant Request I found in Canada is dated 1834 and approved 1839. Another is a transfer of land from Thomas PITT to George WARMAN Sept 1836. A map of Original Grants shows George WARMAN, 100 acres; H. WARMAN, 50 acrea and a Howard A. WARMAN, 89 acres.Another plot shows G. WARMAN 21 Acrea; H WARMAM, no amount.

A hint also of when George WARMAN came to Canada is in the birth of his children. Edwin born about 1827, and Eleanor 1828 were born in England. John b 1831 was the first child to be born in Canada. They were followed by George 1832, Richard 1836, Elizabeth 1837, Jane 1840, William 1844 and Fred, 1846 - all born in Canada. Records from the Chatham Church show the birth and baptism of Richard b 15 Mar 1835, baptized 9 July; Elizabeth Holroyd b 9 May 1837, bap 2 Apr 1939.Also John b 14 July 1831, bap Oct 1832; George b 29 Dec 1832, bap 28 Apr, 1833. A Census record of the Parish of Weldford 1861 shows a James WARMAN, age 58 of Kent Eng with a wife Harriet 58 from Kent and children George 28, Richard 25, William 17 and Frederick 15. Unless George had a second name, this is obviously the family of George WARMAN. Also shown is his brother Henry age 59 with wife Sarah age 49, and children Charles Peters 24, Sarah Ann 22, Eleanor marsh 18, Edward 12, Harriet Holdroyd 9 and Lucy Thompson 3. Also were Edwin WARMAN age 34, wife Margaret 23 with children James Edward 3, John Watson 1; also the census of John 30, wife Elizabeth, children Eleanor and James. (All same locality of Weldford).

While in Canada I located a geneology of Henry WARMAN with wife Sarah Peters listing in addition to the above children, Mary, William Peters, Henry Peters, Rachel, Jane and Alma. There were no parents listed for Henry WARMAN.

An interesting supposition is that brothers Edwin and John married sisters namely Margaret and Elizabeth HORTON. I couldn't locate a death certificate for Margaret HORTON. However, Elizabeth's listed her parents as James HORTON b Bay du Vin, Canada, and Alice Grumble, of york CO.

Somewhere is a deed showing George WARMAN and 3 sons buying land - Edwin is not one of the sons.

The next reference I found is Probate Records of George WARMAN dated 13 Oct 1869. He is 'late' of the parish of Weldford with real estate valued at $900.00 and personal estate of $800.00 (Film #14075 PANB Book c/17). His will leaves his savings to wife Harriet, the remainder to be equally divided among all my children. The residue of his estate to son William Henry WARMAN.

An extensive list of burials in the Molus River Cemetary in Kent County shows Richard WARMAN d 1 Aug 1917 aged 91, and his wife Annie Johnston d 19 Nov 1893 aged 50; also John WARMAN b 1831 d 1916, his wife Elizabeth P. HORTON, b 1836 d 1925; George d 1 mar 1914 age 82 (born 1832). Pictures confirming the WARMAN Geneology show the headstones of George WARMAN d 4 Oct 1869, aged 66 years, native of Canterbury Eng; Harriet wife of George who d 20 Aug 1889, aged 86, also a native of Canterbury. Also a stone for Henry WARMAN, native of Canterbury, Kent Eng who died 25 Mar 1877, aged 76 years.

A search of records at the LDS church library shows no record of Henry, George, Edwin or Eleanor in Canterbury, Eng. Hopefully military records of Henry might be fruitful. When Henry petitioned for land he stated he had been with the 58th Regiment from which he had been discharged because of ill health.¹

     George Warman was buried in the Molus River Cemetery.¹ He married Ellen Walker.¹ He was born on 28 December 1832 at Molus River, Kent County, Canada.¹ He was christened on 28 April 1833 at Methodist Church, Chatham, Kent County, Canada.¹ He died on 1 March 1914 at Molus River, Kent County, Canada, at age 81.¹

     George E. Warman was buried in the Southside Cemetery in Mapleton.¹ He was born on 5 May 1892 at Bancroft, ME.¹ He died in 1938 at Milford, CT.¹

     George Edwin Warman was buried in Molus River.¹ He was born on 10 January 1868 at Molus River, Kent County, Canada.¹ He married Matilda Irving on 18 August 1896.¹ He died in 1956.¹

     George Edwin Warman was born in 1861.¹ He married Mary Campbell.¹ He died in 1936.¹ He was buried in Molus River.¹

     George Frederick Warman was born on 7 January 1862 at Weldford, Kent County, Canada.¹ He married Sarah Jane Green, daughter of John Green and Sarah Louisa Mooers, on 23 November 1887 at Ludlow, Aroostook County, ME.¹ He died on 11 April 1924 at Ludlow, Aroostook County, ME, at age 62.¹
     Information from family. Have marriage and death confirmations. Eva Evelyn WARMAN Holmes, mother of Herbert Holmes, was the 2nd child of Fred WARMAN and Sarah Jane GREEN. This is confirmed through her birth certificate, marriage announcement and death notices.

George Frederick WARMAN's birth 7 Jan 1862 is documented by his wife Jane Green who recorded the births and some deaths in a family record. His obituary states he was born in Kent CO Canada 7 July 1863. Family history states he is the son of Edwin Warman. A paper typed by Fern WARMAN, youngest daughter, also gives his birth as 7 Jan 1863. There is confusion in the book 'Descendants of George WARMAN and Harriet Holroyd' as there is a son George born to Edwin WARMAN and Margaret HORTON in 1857. However, this George died of diphtheria 13 Aug 1861. There is no record in the book of either George Frederick or his brother John Walton WARMAN. The 1861 Canadian Census of Kent county Weldford Parish lists Edwin WARMAN, age 34, Margaret WARMAN, age 23 and two children James Edward and John Walton. The James Edwin is listed in the Canadian book. The Census lists neither George - the first is deceased and the second has yet to be born. The 1871 Census of the Parish of Weldford lists Margaret, now a widow, age 36, with children Edwin, 16; John W. 11; Frederick G., 9 and Thomas H., 6.

The 1881 Census of Weldford Parish Kent County lists Margaret WARMAN, age 44 a Methodist, farmer, widowed and children: James 24, John 20, Frederick 16, and Thomas 14. James remained in Canada. John, Frederick and Thomas came to Maine, where Thomas died of throat cancer.Edwin's brothers George, Richard and John are all close neighbors, according to the census.

The obituary of Fred Warman states he came to Ludlow, Maine from Canada a young man (the age of 18 in the article) and married Jennie Green 23 Nov 1887. This is confirmed by a written record of the marriage in Hammond Plantation, now Ludlow, Maine.

Court records show the purchase of a lot 12 Oct, 1889, Frederick was listed as Ludlow; Thomas in Bancroft. The lot was #10, range 2 for $600.00. There was no probate or will for Frederick WARMAN.

Federal Census Records of Ludlow Township for 7 June 1900 show George WARMAN, age 37, farmer, b Canada; Jennie S. age 30, b Canada; choldren Ethel T, 9; Eva E. 7; Agnes M 6; Percy 5 and Clyde. Fern Warman provided the births of all children: Hattie M. 8 Jan 1889; Ethel T, 3 Feb 1891; Eva Evelyn 12 Sep 1892; Agnes W. 16 Feb 1894; Percy L. 23 Apr 1895; Lewis H. 14 Mar 1897; Clyde E 26 July 1899; William H. 22 Feb 1902; Ira B. 10 Oct 1903; Dora M 21 Mar 1906; Herman Feb 1907 and Fern L. 5 May 1912. Hattie and Lewis died young.

A snapshot of the WARMANs with their children Dora, Ira, Ethel, William, Fern, Percy, Eva, Herman and Agnes has been identified by Fern WARMAN.

Death certificates of George F. WARMAN AND Sarah Jane Warman list their deaths and parents respectively: George F. Warman died in Ludlow Maine, 11 Apr 1924 at age 61 years, 10 months and 4 days. His father was Edwin; mother Margaret HORTON. Sarah Jane WARMAN died 23 Oct 1951, age of birth 18 Oct 1869, parents were John Green and Sarah Jane MOORES. Deaths were apoplexy (george), and old age for Sarah Jane.
