     Marytje Vanderbeek was born circa September 1766. She was baptized on 14 September 1766 at Dutch Reformed Church, Paramus, Bergen County, NJ.

     Paulus Vanderbeek was born on 17 May 1718 at Paramus, NJ. He married Annetje Ackerman, daughter of Adrian Ackerman and Annatje Meyers, on 18 June 1743 at Hackensack, Bergen County, NJ. Paulus Vanderbeek died on 10 March 1795 at Paramus, NJ, at age 76.

     Paulus Vanderbeek married Margrietje Fox. Paulus Vanderbeek was born circa January 1769. He was baptized on 29 January 1769 at Dutch Reformed Church, Paramus, Bergen County, NJ.

     Paulus J Vanderbeek was baptized on 26 December 1725 at Dutch Reformed Church, Hackensack, Bergen County, NJ. He married Rachel Van Blerkum, daughter of Johannes Van Blarcom and Jannetje Van Zeyl, on 8 April 1748 at Dutch Reformed Church, Hackensack, Bergen County, NJ. Paulus J Vanderbeek was buried circa September 1796 at Old Paramus Reformed Church, Ridgewood, Bergen County, NJ. He died circa 21 September 1796.

     Rachel Vanderbeek was born circa October 1763. She was christened on 16 October 1763 at Dutch Reformed Church, Paramus, Bergen County, NJ. She married Petrus Brouwer, son of Abraham D Brouwer and Antje Nix, circa 1787. Rachel Vanderbeek died before 19 September 1831.
     Married name: Brouwer.

     Aaron Vanderbilt married Ariantie Vanderhoef, daughter of Gerret Vanderhoef and Saertie Pryer. Aaron Vanderbilt was born circa 1760. He died in October 1834.
     Allthough we believe that Aaron Vanderbilt owned a well known farm in Bergen since stories are told of him chasing kids from his apple orchard, he is no doubt descended from Jan Aertsen Van der Bilt, who settled in New York. Possibly he is the great-grandson of Aris Janse Vanderbilt, born in New Amsterdam, died 1715 in Bergen. He eventually moved to Morris County. A deed was given the 19th of May 1809 by Benjamin Stockton, William Stockton and wife to Aaron Vanderbilt for a farm described at a place called Pigeon Hill in the township of Hanover, in the County of Morris, NJ.

In the 1860 Census, we find his daughter, Sarah Prior Vanderbilt remarried to John C. Miller, living in Morris with Eliza and Andrew Tuers, her youngest children. Her daughter, Sarah, age 20, is living close by with husband Alfred Knight, age 25. We haven't explored all of the family history for this area, but Andrew Jackson Tuers, grandson of Aaron, figures in the history of Morris County as the area is developed.

We have not found proven records as of 2010 for Aert Van der Bilt, however the probable descendancy is below:

He married Hilletje Remse Van der Beeck, daughter of Rem Janse Van der Beeck and Jannetje Joris Rapalje, 6 Oct 1677. She was born 16 Sep 1653. They had 10 children:

     Aris Janse Vanderbilt married Hildegonde Remsen, daughter of Rem Jansen Vanderbeck and Jannetje Rapalje.

     Brechje Vanderbilt was buried at Reformed Church Cemetery, Wyckoff, NJ. She was born circa 26 October 1769. She married Abraham Stevens on 22 April 1787 at Dutch Church, Tappan, NY. Brechje Vanderbilt died on 29 December 1851.

     Jacob Aertse Vanderbilt was born in 1694 at Jamaica?, NY. He married Hilletje Hartenburg, daughter of Johannes Hartenburg and Grietie Gerrits, circa 1724.
     The Tallman file shows Jacob's parents to be Jacob Janse Van der Bilt and Maria Vender Vliet. Name variation: Jacobus Van Der Bilt.

     Name variation: Sarah Prior Tuers. Name variation: Sarah Prior Miller. 1860 Census, Rockaway Twp, Morris County, NJ: Sarah and children Eliza Tuers, age 14, and Andrew Tuers, age 15 are now living with John C. Miller, Sarah's second husband. Nearby are Alfred Knight, age 25, married to Sarah, age 20 (her daughter).

She married Cornelius Christiansen Van Horn, son of Christian Barentsen Van Horn and Jennetje Jans, on 4 March 1675 at Hackensack Dutch Reformed Church, Hackensack, NJ. Margaritje Lucasse Vanderburgh died after 22 August 1708.
