For thirty years it was located at 57 W 44th St. (Hotel Algonquin is at 56 W. 44th St. across the street and the New York Yacht Club is at #37, a few doors away.) By 1903 it was at 315 W. 43rd St. Business cards and stationary in 1903 indicated that the family was living at 202 W 105th St.

1/10/1909 he was employed by F.H. Bunge Auto and Carriage Builders. On May 5, 1910(the year he died of cirrhosis of liver), he wrote a note to daughter Emma ('Tommee') on stationery with this letterhead:
