     Ellen Westervelt Vlierboom was born on 15 July 1841. She married James Peter Collignon, son of Peter C Collignon and Mary Catherine Perrine, on 18 September 1858 at Tappan, Rockland County, NY.³ She died on 27 April 1915 at age 73.³
