     Samuel Stetson was born on 6 June 1646 at Scituate, MA.¹ He was baptized on 12 July 1646 at Second Church of Scituate, Scituate, MA, (now known as First Unitarian Ch. of Norwell, MA.)¹ He married Lydia Pickles, daughter of Jonas Pickles and Alice Hatch, circa 1678 (married possibly in Scituate, MA.)¹ He died after 1705 possibly died in Scituate, MA.¹

     He was a soldier. He served in Joseph Stetson's Scituate Company during Rev. War, 'age 19,complexion dark, stature 5ft, 8 inches'. He had other service to his credit found at Mass. Records.¹

     Silas Stetson was born in June 1696 at Scituate, MA.¹ He married Mary Brackett, daughter of Nathan Brackett and Hannah Veazy, on 11 January 1743 (supposed to have married 11 Jan 1743 or 1744. Probably 1744 based on int. date.)¹ (Banns for Silas Stetson and Mary Brackett publ. On 3 December 1743 at Scituate, MA. filed marriage intentions.)¹ He died on 27 November 1772 at Scituate, MA, at age 76.¹

     Abraham Stevens was buried in the Reformed Church Cemetery in Wyckoff.^1,2 He was born on 20 September 1767.¹ He married Brechje Vanderbilt, daughter of Johannes Vanderbilt and Maritje Bogert, on 22 April 1787 at Dutch Church, Tappan, NY.¹ He died on 10 June 1854 at age 86.¹

     She and Walter Tuers appeared on the census of 1860 at Coldwater, Branch County, MI. Cornelius Tuers, Emmaline Tuers, Cyrus Tuers and Viola Tuers were enumerated with them. Cornelius is listed as Cornelia (12 yo male) en Alford is not listed; instead there is Jane (11 yo female.)² Name variation: Julia Tuers.³ Married name: Julia Esther Tuers.
