     Nicholas WINTER and Jane UNTHANK were the parents of a daughter Jane WINTER christened 10 Oct 1802 (IGI 24,604. Family records show that James MORTON of Holy Island married Jane WINTER. She died in Holy Island 4 Sep 1864 at the age of 61 years, putting her birth around 1801-2. Two of her children were names Nicholas and Jane, a common practice of naming children after parents.
